This Shipping Policy explains how Axion Labs processes domestic orders, applies shipping rates, and handles delivery-related responsibilities.
U.S. shipping only.
- $8.50 flat rate for all U.S. orders under $150.
- Free standard shipping for orders over $150.
- $15.00 flat rate for USPS Priority (2-3 day).
- No international shipping.
Additional delivery conditions may apply.
- California: no special pricing, but some chemicals may require shipment to a residential or business address only.

Orders are processed in business order.
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends, or on holidays may be processed on the next business day.
Processing timelines are estimates only. Orders may be delayed for address verification, payment review, inventory checks, or other steps intended to support order accuracy and compliance screening.

Once an order has been transferred to the selected carrier, delivery timing is largely outside our direct control, even when estimated arrival dates appear during checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or returned shipments caused by incorrect addresses, missing apartment or suite details, refused delivery, or failure to retrieve a package made available by the carrier.

Returned Or Undeliverable PackagesReturned shipments may require manual review.
If a package is returned as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, any follow-up action is reviewed case by case. Additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment is approved.
Returned shipments do not automatically qualify for a refund, especially where the return resulted from customer error or failure to receive the package.
